CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a synthetic peptide derivative of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH), composed of 29 amino acids. Also referred to as Modified GRF (1-29), it features four amino acid substitutions designed to increase stability and resistance to enzymatic breakdown. Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, this version lacks the Drug Affinity Complex, resulting in a shorter half-life. It is used in laboratory research as a GH secretagogue.
